Argentine tango had a moment in Paris in the early 2010s. A pair of leading tango instructors from Russia and the United States working in Paris commissioned Ari to create a set of promotional images for their school. His only request was that they facilitate access to the hottest milongas around the city while he was in Paris. It was an opportunity Ari had to chase because only in Paris at this time could you find incredible tango almost every night of the week. This gallery is a momentary view into the thriving Parisian Argentine tango community of the 2010s.
